Let me start by saying I'm a local general contractor in this area. I was considering doing my own pool but after building the house I wanted a little bit of a break so decided to hire Jim with Waddell pools after getting a proposal from all the local custom pool builders.I have been stretching a length of hose around in the lawn for a few years deciding on what pool I wanted and the shape of it. Once Jim got started everything I wanted transpired. all of the options that I would have paid extra for with the other pool builders came standard with Jims salt water pool. It has been almost seven years since installed it and I have had to do nothing other than get the pool cleaner tuned up. Everything works as he said it would. I have not even changed the programming since the original gentleman set the pool up.

We chose Jim for our personal home pool build after getting a few bids. We are also a general contractor for CA and NV but we don't do pools. We chose Jim because we felt he was the most knowledgable, trustworthy and attanetive. We went with a freeform gunite, saltwater with waterfalls. Jim finished our pool this past September and that gave us 2 months of swim use. He was super attentive and was always here, even suprivising the sub contractors which is rare to find with contractors. Even with a few changes and upgrades during the build he made it happen with no issues. After the build he was still attentive to small issues needing to be fixed, he was on it! We highly recommend Jim if you are looking for a pool contractor!

Waddell Pools put in a pool for us last summer and we were pleased with the service from start to finish. When Jim came out to bid our pool, he was very informative about the pros and cons of different features (lights, pumps, etc) and gave us a competitive quote. Once we started the build process it went quickly. They stuck to the timeline they had given us and were quick to answer any questions even after the pool was complete. The finished product is beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

He built us the most beautiful pool ever, quality ,great prices, great customer service was present practically every day, we couldn’t be any much more happier. We had to refinish the pool with pebbles Sheen. Got a bid from Jim Waddell very reasonable came out and explained how it was done how long it would take came in a month early finished it up. Great job.

Waddle Pools is currently working on my pool and I could not be happier. I have found them to be very workable in any situation and I very able to make changes on the fly. Will add photos soon.
